 Actress Gopika got married to Dr. Ajilesh in a simple ceremony held at Marthoma Church, Kothamangalam on July 17th, 2008. The marriage was solemnized by Metropolitan Abraham Mar Savarios.
Dr. Ajilesh is the son of PP Chacko, Neryamangalam. The marriage was attended by few close friends and relatives and a reception was held at St George Cathedral parish hall, Kothamangalam. Another reception will be held at Kochi for the friends and her co-workers in the film industry.
Gopika's film career spans six years and she was considered a lucky heroine because of the unexpected success of many of her films. Gopika (Girly) acted in all the four South Indian languages. Her debut was in the movie 'Pranayamanithooval'. Her movie ' For the People ' and the song 'Lajjavathiye' became a superhit.
The actress will be leaving to Ireland with her husband in August. |
