 Mohanlal after more than 25 years as an actor in Malayalam films, is now into story writing for his next movie ‘Swapnamalika’. He also plays the hero of the film with Israeli actress Ileana as the leading lady.
The story of the film is about Dr. Appu Nair, who works in a research project in an American university. He returns from US for a medical conference. In the train, he meets a lady named Radha Karmel, who travels to Varanasi to perform the last rites of her husband. He strikes a friendship with her and decides to travel to Kerala.
K.B. Devarajan directs the movie and produced by Karimbil Films. Music director is M.G. Sreekumar and lyrics is by Aparna Karimpil. The movie is scheduled to release in October. |
