In her second movie ‘Vismayathumbathu’, opposite Malayalam superstar Mohanlal, she played the role of a Ghost who falls in love with the hero. She then acted in one more Malayalam film opposite Mohanlal’s, Natturajavu before moving to Tamil film industry. From a moderate start in Malayalam, Nayanthara is no where to be compared to her other female co actors, except Asin who was also introduced by Sathyan Anthikkad. Earlier while doing small time model assignments she hadn’t believed she could act. Now many refer to Nayanthara as the perfect balance between beauty and acting. She is currently one of the busiest actresses in the southern film industry and has acted in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam movies. She won’t stay away from food for the sake of maintaining her figure.
