 Television anchor turned actress Meera Nandan is on her way to Kollywood. She will play as ‘Vandana’ in her debut Tamil film ‘Valmiki’. She was introduced in the Malayalam movie “Mulla” with Dileep.
Valmiki is produced by P. Sreenivasan for the Media Company of Ananda Vikatan (Vikatan Talkies) and is directed by G Anandanarayanan. ‘Kalloori’ fame Akhil is the hero in the film. Music is by maestro Illayaraja and camera is by Azhagappan.
Meera Nandan earlier said that she is not interested in doing glamour roles, nor does she intented to do a Tamil movie, but she liked the character and the story of Valmiki, so she is doing the role. |
